I.T Project Manager
(Selangor)

  Responsibilities:

· Ensure timely delivery of projects and modification request received from Paris – Planning and coordinating.

· Lead a Development team, to develop and deliver moderately complex web applications with minimum guidance, accordingly to design specifications and applications standards.

· Lead, build and maintain a high performance team to ensure optimal use of resources.

· Interacting and communicating with Paris Project Managers / Designers and KL technical team.

· Adhering to and improving work processes and methodologies.

· Ability to operate in a multitasking mode with interrupts and priority changes.

· Ability to work in a team and has strong interpersonal skills.

· Perform testing and pre-delivery checking to ensure website developed is according to design requirements.

· Staff Management – appraisals, HR, Claims, and other minor day to day staff welfare administration.

· Continuously improve system, project structure, process, and productivity of team members

  Requirements:

The skills emphasized by the Paris head office are as follows:

· Study the requirement of each project with the project manager in France

· Propose the best solution for customer; provide advice or consultation to clients on all web application related matters so he must have basic understanding of website, how it works and its database.

· Plan and manage projects according to agreed project schedule and propose contingency plan if something is wrong.

· Prioritize works

· Have the ability to control project budget so that we all don’t spend too much time over the cost we charge customer and loose money

· Be a trustworthy guy / girl.

· Be able to listen to his colleagues but do not forget that customer satisfaction is the most important

· Have a medium / high-level management experience because this job requires that but he must know how to lead/motivate a team

· Know well about web development and technology

· Be patient but work very fast because our projects are usually not well defined and deadline is short.

· Have a clear and good experience in managing an IT project.

Desirables :

• •Scripting skills with .NET and VBScript
  •Web programming skills with other scripting languages like PHP
  •Immediate starter would be an added advantage
