| Responsibilities: |

- To manage enquiries and escalation cases on the
phone.
- Provide technical and product information to
existing and potential customers.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding customer
expectations, hence increasing rating on customer
satisfaction index.

| Requirements: |
 |
- Candidate must possess at least an SPM certificate.
- Applicants must be willing to work in cyberjaya.
- Applicants should be Malaysian, PR or hold relevant
residence status.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in
Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to speak in Mandarin would be an added
advantage.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
