| Responsibilities: |
 |
- Payroll administration
- Expedite manpower recruitment activities
- Manage new employees orientation programs
- Plan, coordinate and execute training programs
- To provide operational and administrative support to
the HR Manager
- Ensure company policies are followed and recommend
for improvement as and when necessary
|

| Requirements: |
 |
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma,
Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree,
Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any
field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferred language(s): Chinese.
- Possess adequate experience in various human
resource functions, especially in Training Needs
Analysis.
- Good knowledge in Employment Act, Industrial
Relations Act and Statutory requirements.
- An individual with mature personality, trustworthy
and self-starter is preferred.
- Applicants should be a careful, detailed oriented
person and able to handle multiple tasks in an organized
manner.
- Applicants should be able to work in flexible hours
and possess sense of urgency in meeting various
deadlines.
- Experience in handling foreign workers and knowledge
in payroll systems will be an added advantage
- 10 Full-Time positions available.
