• Able to deal with HR Department in Public Listed companies, Multinational Corporations and established companies with their recruitment needs.
• Fully understand Client's hiring needs.
• Screen, interview and shortlist candidates.
• Introduce job opportunities to candidates and manage up-to-date information on database.
• Must have experience in sales and business development in a recruitment environment.
• Must be able to achieve sales targets indicated by management.
• Must be a team player.

• Candidates must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Must be PC Literate.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication skills in writing and speaking English/Bahasa.
• Have a pleasant personality and like meeting people.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resource Recruitment or equivalent.
