Our Contract Staffing service is divided
into two divisions, short term & long term
contract employees. Contract employees can work
at your office or on location under your direct
supervision. In this process besides recruiting
these employees our company will take the
responsibility for generating the contract
employee’s salaries and respective contributions
such as EPF, SOCSO and income tax. This payroll
figures will then be calculated and billed
according to the agreed rate on a monthly or
weekly basis.
Short
Term Contract Staffing
Short term contract employees are utilized for a
limited time in various industries. This
structure benefits both parties being the
employer and employee.
After a specific project is completed the
employment can be terminated and there is no
further obligation on both parties. You also
avoid having to manage the contracts in this
short period and at the same time accomplish the
short-term project goals in a cost efficient
manner. Long Term
Contract Staffing
Long term contract employees give you the
flexibility of assessing the performance of an
employee before deciding whether or not to hire
the employee on a permanent basis.
After the contract is over or within the
contract period, if the employer is satisfied
the employee can be offered a permanent
position. This helps decision making become an
